touch対応前で行えた操作は、多少手こずりましたができる限りtouch対応後でも行えるように対応する予定です。

マウスの連続動作はブラウザにより対応の可否が分かれるところであり、Touch操作対応後の仕様と半ば諦めておりましたが、
無事解決されましたようで安心しました。
今ではAnciaの多くの機能を気に入って愛用させて頂いておりますが、ブラウザ選定の際には左クリック+ホイールへのタブ切り替えの割り当て、
キーボード操作のカスタマイズ、検索語句の自動ハイライトとともに、この動作の対応が決め手となりました。
はじめにまとめてタブを開き、左クリック+ホイールでタブを切り替え、不要なタブをそのまま右クリックで連続して閉じていくという操作は、
僕の知る限りではFirefox、Chrome、旧Operaのいづれでも行えませんでした。
マイナーな機能にも関わらず、ご対応頂きまことにありがとうございました。

いない環境(確認したら12,0,0,77)でも同様に不具合がでていました。

原因はFlashではないようですね。
余計に原因が不明です。
なお、Ancia では不具合はでていないようです。

で、いつから再現しているのかさかのぼって調べてみたところ、
から動作がおかしくなっているみたいです。
(以前では再現しませんでした)

今までこんな症状でていなかったはずなのにやはりおかしいです。

(Win8.1ではをアンインストールする)

とにかくコンテキストメニューの描画に問題があるようで右クリックしても
メニューが出ないこともあったりなどとにかく動作がおかしいです。

現状では八方ふさがりなので他の人の報告を待つしかなさそうですね。

なお、コンテキストメニューの選択はマウスではできませんがキーボードで
Enterキーを押すことで選択できるので取り敢えず、これで代用するといいかと。

今、VirtualBox上のWin10 Build 9926でもテストする予定です。

こちらでもlegacyMenuを有効にすることでコンテキストメニューは正常に動作致しました。
また、Anciaの旧バージョンでも同様の症例があるとのことで1.9.94に戻して確認してみましたが、やはり同じ症状がでるようになりました。
念のためIE11でも試してみましたが、こちらはコンテキストメニューが正常に動作しました。
通常のマウスジェスチャーでは問題がなく、左クリック+右クリック、もしくは右クリック+左クリックでのジェスチャーに限って、
割り当てた動作が実行されず、かわりにコンテキストメニューが出てきてしまうようです。
以下は別のPCで正常に動作しているAnciaからとったもので、1.9.95にはまだ更新しておりません。
