Alt+↓でドロップダウンリストの表示について

普段のネット閲覧に使わせていただいております。

検索をするときなどに、ドロップダウンリストのところでAlt+↓を入力しても
項目すべての表示ができないのですが、何か設定が必要なのでしょうか。

マウスで▽ボタンをクリックをすれば、表示はされます。
