[不具合?] 上ディレクトリへの移動が正常でない

ついさっき、気がついたのですが例えば以下のような URL に
アクセスした後、[上へ移動]を実行すると移動先のページが
1段階上になってしまうようです。
(URL 先は適当なものでページ自体は存在しない)

http://hogehoge.com/hoge/?hoge
↓
(期待したページの URL)
○ http://hogehoge.com/hoge/
(実際に移動する URL)
× http://hogehoge.com/

http://hogehoge.com/hoge/hoge?hoge

は正常に

http://hogehoge.com/hoge/

に移動します。
